I'm not sure myself, I just found out by experience. I had about 900k exp before upgrading and found out that some roles that aren't meant for certain characters take up twice or even much more points.

Follow through, their main role should have a ATG Gauge available in it, and their 2ndary should have an accessory in it. As far as that, I don't know anything else cause I haven't taken the time to surpass CH11. xD

Just finished the main story was great going to grind now for gill/cp so far this is the best place i found for after beating the game to get gill.



And killing the behmoth fighting the tiger or w/e for cp.

Btw can you have two Item collector or more on one or more guys so the odds will stack up like magic find ?

I'm at the beginning of Chapter 6. Is there any free roam type of playing? I remember this in the other games.

for odin set up 3 paradigms

medic/medic
synergist/healer
ravager/commando

at the beginning of the fight use synergist/healer to get everyone protected and shelled, then when odin is defending switch to ravager/commando, and once he switches to attack change to dual medics

beat this battle in about 2 minutes using this tactic

edit: PS i am about 11 hours in at the beginning of chapter 6
