And out of those, I'd pick Seifer. I was hoping he'd stay in your party. I'd probably perfer him over Squall. xD

You can always gameshark him and keep em. I liked him becouse his limit break was neat and his fighting style was pretty cool.

What was the name of his limit again?

Laguna's limit was pretty cool too!

Disc One Character Seifer: Fire Cross
Disc Two/Three Boss Seifer: Demon Slice

Golbez (ff4) (ff2 snes)

Kane, the dragoon (ff2 snes, ff4 in japan.)
Red XIII FF7
Cid (FF7)

Cid and Red really dont count.

shadow is the best and its not hard to keep him lol just wait for him at the end when he tells you to leave when you get seperated, go the the collosium thing(havent played that game in like a year) and u stake a certain dagger and he comes to fight you. when he is 99 he has max all stats=best person there is and my personal favorite
