I also heard it was expensive, but a lot of people will tell you 7 is their favorite.

so i went out and bought my brother a ps4 JUST so he doesnt bother me while im playing ff7 or kh3 >.< lol

It will almost certainly come out for PC aswell, so I really don't see the point on buying a PS4 just for one game...
