Ended up beating it but not going to go through it again for the achievements

I disliked every character in this game tbh

Worst of any FF I have played

I played a bit at a friend's house and I didn't like it. Personally, I love the FFs Squaresoft made (the first 10), but I haven't been able to enjoy any of the ones that came after that (the ones that were made by SquareEnix).

agree with this when the merger happened i believe shit mostly sucked ass with the exception of a few and i mean FEW titles, first kingdom hearts (which i think is actually still square soft) and Crisis core.

it felt like playing one of those run of the mill mmorpgs that are free that are made in korea in mass

the characters all look like chicks and the seem to take every opportunity to make a cliche moment.

no substance

no originality

no incentive

no reward

just a big middle finger and a kick in the balls

Pretty much this... Very sad with the way the FF series has been going post FF12

Beautiful game graphics wise...the opening cinematic gave me a hard-on. Story is pretty good tbh..not close to the likes or FF7 or 9 or 10..but still decent.

the thing i hated was how linear it was. until the very end you basically followed a think small path to get to where you were supposed to go.

ff needs to make another game like ff10, traveling the land as you please etc etc
