They did during the tail end of the Open Beta Sunday Night/Monday morning. Other then that I don't think so.

Intermittently. I refreshed a solid 3 hours while it was "closed" and finally was able to make a character.

This guild will be open for you jsp gents. I'm not planning on making it hardcore nor entirely casual; somewhere in the middle. I understand people have their own lives (as do I) but in the same I'd rather not someone take a year to get to endgame.

if the server isn't full again @ release id be interested

got a strange feeling they are gonna Fail Hard @ release and people wont be able to play on the server they want

just like in Beta
