Legend of Dragoon isn't that good of a game, storyline-wise, character-wise, gameplay-wise. And you have no right to call a game a pile of shit when you've played it for what? An hour? I don't think VII's the greatest RPG to grace the Playstation platform, but you're just being irrational.

I'd say at this point it's futile trying to explain to you why a game isn't a "shit pile." Just go ahead and pour another 150 hours into Final Fantasy X-2.

If you only made it to the world map then you didnt do anything on the game. You've already made up your mind that you hate the game and theres nothing anyone here can say to change it. It put RPG's on the mainstream map for a reason.

why can nobody tell me why its good ffs, what makes it stand out above the rest?

Would you even be open to someone telling you why they liked it? I get the feeling that even if someone went into detail about why they liked the game you'd just shoot every point they make down because you played till the world map and hated it so you'll hate it forever.
