Uhhh... my server pretty much always has 2k+ online, usually close to 3k. It just varies by time and where most players on the server live. I think my server has more JP players than anything else, and it's always packed during their peak hours. The game is nowhere near dead yet. Yes, the population isn't what it used to be, but tons of people still play this.

Edit: Just logged in to see what my server is at right now. /sea all shows 2018 online right now. It's 1:26 in the afternoon, this isn't even peak time anywhere except Europe, and this is pretty much always the deadest time.

Don't post if you don't know what you're talking about.

I played for 5 years, and in that time it was VERY active on the Diabolos server, but now it is almost dead, 75+% of my server is level 80 or higher.

Doesn't mean it's dead just because most people are high level now. The game has just evolved. It doesn't play anything like it used to, that's for sure, but that doesn't mean that it is dead in any way.

Lemme know what server you go onto, I am looking into play also.

Okay, well when I'm trying to level a 40ish character, nobody is even around that level, unless I level sync.

Yea Odin is a very good server if your lookin for popular/active. It just merged with Ifrit and is popping pretty good atm.
