Personally it has the best story line, aside from FF7. I feel FF10 is next .

FF9 is very unique as well.

Make sure you spend hours and hours on the card game... because it is awesome.

I love 9. The only thing I never did was get Excalibur 2 because it's a MAJOR pain in the ass. I was going to try once but it pretty much rapes the fun out of the game.

Lol you have to just speed run like a crazy, not worth it when you first want to beat the game.

Just got to Disc 3.

Getting Excalibur 2 was the most frustrating experience of my life.

Missed it by like 3 minutes, Lost way to much time doing some side quests that i had to do.

It's worth mentioning you can't get it on the PAL version.

best final fantasy by far
