No, it isn't. The only good thing that came from FF7 is Sephiroth. Why should you remake it anyway? Graphics mean that much to you in games? I still play Contra and Metal Slug (notice the same graphics on Xbox?). If people worried more about gameplay and less about graphics, they'd realize every MMORPG and FPS rip each other off and stop buying the same garbage in a different box.

i definitely agree with you about the fact that people care more about graphics than gameplay often, i still love playing older nes/snes games like chrono trigger, contra 3, a megaman every now and then. but i admit, it would be kinda neat to see ff7 all jazzed up and maybe the characters could have voices.
if they made a ff7 remake itd be pretty sweet if they remade chrono trigger as well, i think id rather see a remake of that than ff7.
