What are trap?

The small turtle
The middle turtle
The big turtle?

At the moment i can only kill the small turtle, havn't tried the middle turtle recently.

Trapezhodron

Adamantoise / Adamantortoise = Platinum Ingots and Trapezhodron

If you do the cie'th circle quests then the smaller turtles turn into Shaolong gui's and the bigger ones turn into Long gui

And if you do the cie'th circle quests then there are only two adamantortoise left in gran pulse, the other being in eden to kill with ease... the long gui and shaolong gui are kinda hard

small turtles (amachelids or w/e) are the regular looking ones (without tusks)
medium turtles (adamantoise) are the bigger ones and have tusks.
large turtles (adamantortois) are the hardest ones, also have tusks.

i believe after some missions, they change into shaolong and long gui's, which i haven't gotten to yet, but i heard are immune to death.

They are, you have to kill them legit which isn't all that hard. Basically luck

Well, i've been grinding the green neochu while i wait to be able to kill the red one.

I can farm medium turtle but only with Death luck, since i can't survive the attack he does, yet.

So i'm pretty much killing the turtle with summon and death and then i got farm the green neochu for PT, back and forth.

Hoping to survive soon :P.

there are a couple forums that have the setup.
and it's fairly easy to achieve the min stats required to do it.
