assuming you're strong enough, you should probably just go with sazh blitz setup and wipe turtles in 2 and a half mins.
at the beginning i use hecton to make the turtle thing fall, then i stagger it
i also upd vanille's wand, haste all and have fang on Sab. to increase the chances
