ehh it might be ok. you can only control 1 character at a time in battle which is a big let down.. atleast for me

I looks sweet so far. From videos etc, can't you switch between chars in battle like the other 20 games -.-?

no, you control 1 char which is the party leader and the other 2 are ai controlled

You chose what you want the other character to do so even though you are not in direct control of them you still have control of what they are doing.
I forgot what it was called because I only briefly played the Jap version, but you can set each characters class so to say as ranged, heal, bomb, etc.,
So that you can have the main char as an attacker and 2 other as support BUT in mid battle you can switch it up and change your main to support and start attacking with the other 2.

I'll rent it at the very least, maybe buy it if the reviews closer to launch are good.
