First Time i did ff8 i was at disk 3 ending the sorceress could not kill her since i was level 32 dont actually know how i made it that far without leveling must have run away from battle all the time cant really remember it was 8 years ago


So i had to restart the game

Glad I wasnt the only one LOL.

I got to the end of disk 3 and didnt really know how to play the game at all and got destroyed because of it haha. I decided to just delete the file and start completely over and I took the time to actually learn the junctioning system. After that it was pretty easy.

Got to Ultimecia on my first playthrough, couldn't kill Griever because I was basically clueless.

After that a friend and me deceided to learn how to play Triple Triad and how the junctioning works, did a few playthroughs, started doing specific challenges like a 2 player party and a single player party playthrough etc. Now we can basically dream the entire game.

This is imo the only final fantasy that's boring with a walkthrough. The only part you're allowed to use a walkthrough for are banishing cardrules, chocobo and the card collecting sidequests.
