Ok first of all, it wasnt the first one out, It was for snes, NOT Nes. And It wasn't even by squaresoft it was one of the many FF knock off games by Sunsoft. (They also did the early gameboy FF's)

Ok i just looked it up and I was wrong but They did however Make Final Fantasy Adventure.
