justify ur statement with facts, opinions dont count

#1 sales, thats a fact, get over it

edit: along with it transforming the entire series, making the big leap into 3d, a leap into a much larger and longer game from previous ff's, and a much more indepth story line than the previous ff's. it was a huge step in the final fantasy series and thats why its so popular, its not the most well made final fantasy, but by far the most influential

that doesnt mean it is the best then. just the most influential

just like resident evil 1 was the most influential. doesnt mean it was the best, part 4 was.

and alot of horrible games get good sales (red steel for wii, assassins creed) and alot of good games get horrible sales (gta china town for ds that was just released. best rated ds game ever yet sold like wat? 88000?)

sales are a function of ignorant gamers buying on a whim, it has nothing to do with a good game

im sry, i mean 8 is the most overrated game ever created. 7 was overrated, 10 is best in the series
