Thats because sony can't see the light and lower their prices...they are selling so few units comparitivley to the Wii and 360 developers are forced to go multiplatform..Would you make you game for only the weakest selling console out there? No it would kill profits for your game...the only people willing to say they would are sony fanboys.
It is simple math.
I remember reading that Sony actually *lose* money with every PS3 they sell. I guess it's to do with the fact that the console has a high-quality Blu Ray player (I think, I haven't tried any Blu Ray players to compare). However, the real money lies in the games.

sony is losing good games..god of war is gonna be made for xbox i think, now ff
They're not "losing" them. All they're losing is the exclusivity. FF games are pretty much guaranteed sales of 2 Million+ in Japan, and FF13 is exclusive to the PS3 there. As for GoW, isn't it a first-party Sony game? For that reason, I can't see it going to the 360.
Exclusive games are an extra incentive to buy a particular console though... I don't think there are *that* many for the 360 though. I can't really see Halo and Gears of War swinging many people to the 360. Star Ocean 4 and Tales of Vesperia...maybe a few. Mass Effect...maybe. I'd say the price tag is the bigger incentive to be honest (I bought a 360 because of it), but I could be wrong (and probably am). I just can't see long-term Sony fans going for Gears of War, Halo and Mass Effect... Although, I guess people hovering between the two consoles might be swayed because of them (but again, they could be swayed by the price tag too).
