Same, but not for the same reason as you. I would just rather they focused on new games rather than spinoffs, remakes, and all that crap.

First of all nope ff7 won't be made on ps3 secondly if you want final fantasy 7 or 8 get emulator PS1 and get the game or get the PC version of ff7 i have them lol and works perfectly. yeah if you don't want to play PC verion then my suggestion is buy the game from eebay or whatever no other option.

I've actually found a PC version of FF7.

I found it from a torrent website, pirateeeebay.org.

I don't want Final Fantasy VII to be simply remade; I want the entire game to be overhauled, which I've discussed in this post. The gameplay mechanics lack the depth to stand up to the more innovative JRPG's of today, and a simple remake would be no more than an a graphical update. However, if it was overhauled and upgraded in the same way that Resident Evil was upgraded when brought to Gamecube, the game could become a worthy title of its own.

very much agreed, ff7 is one of my favorite games of all time, BUT, they could make it wayyyyy better than just updated graphics, and maybe even if they gave it a distuingished title along with the name ff7, to seperate the differences. cause if they did overhaul the game it wouldnt be the same ff7

LOL they made ff7 derge of Cerberus
Which I think sucked horribly and had little to do wit FF7 (well the 20 minutes I played it before I realized I hated it atleast)
But if they did remake it I would probably cry, pre order it, pick it up, cry again, and play it forever like I did FF7 for the PS1
