I only died once the first time i played the game
to that big dragon thing on the airship....then i just quit there...then i replayed the game, and str8 beasted it!!

just get blitz ace and attack reels, train waka and tidus well and he's no prob...

u could also use aeon overdrive assault tactic...
(get all aeons overdrive full summon them 1 by 1 and use overdrive)

lol no u cant lmao because i have tryed it and.... that thing where u go up the steps the SIN'S leftover killles u lmao! and + if u were fighting ochu he can use bad breath orr confusion or something but by the time u get to them 2 ur Potions are all Gone. lolz x.x that is why u die xD

The only time I ever die is when I get ambushed by a Marlboro and get everybody confused/poisoned. If I didn't have a memory card I'd make provisions by customizing an armor to prevent that. You really can go straight through without a memory card so long as you're willing to spend a lot of time leveling at many stages of the game.

Considering I chose to buy ffx with my ps2 instead of a memory card...I can safely say I beat the game. My ps2 stayed on for three days. And I was taking breaks. It came out to 23 hours I believe.

I also did this with the bouncer. And that game is retarded hard without a memory card. I could only beat it with kou.

evrea thing at the airship. he could be pretty tough. he has 32k hp and that is pretty much at that time. but only if you dont level up at some place before him.

not to brag but i could beat the game without saving but with like 100+ hours with my a ps2 on the whole time.....
