nope they wont make Final Fantasy 7 because that video was only a Tech Demo only showing how would it look like on PS 3 the Latest So far on Playstation 3 Will be Released December Final Fantasy XIII (13) that's the newist Final Fantasy Being Created. BUT!! if you wish to play Final Fantasy 7 Better Graphics Then They Have Made It On PSP Final Fantasy CRISIS CORE which has good quality graphics.

i think it's unlikely, and i think it's just as unlikely it will ruin the classic, imagine going all the places you went in 7 and not be completely repulsed by the stone age gfx

Eh first thing yea it would ruin the classic if they changed anything or any part of the game
But square enix was thinkin of remakin the game in better graphics since it was their best sellin ff game
The thing is it would take way to much time to make
the ads on google and other websites are false btw they were a kickoff of the commercial they showed when they made a scene from the orginal game into ps3 version

It was a project for the PS3 jsut to show what its rendering capabilities were, the trailer for FFVII on PS3 indeed was to show off. The speculation was actually of remakes from 1-9 for PS3 but when SquareEnix decided that'd cost too much in development they pulled the plug on it, but albeit I did love that trailer, and personally would love to see a FFVII remake with the music all remastered by Mr. Uematsu himself.
