as far as card games go the one in xenosaga was the best "mini-game" card game that i can rememeber

FF8's was the most usefull since it was the easiest way to get the best weapons

and ff9's was just kinda boring... one of my biggest complaints is that you couldnt hold more than 100 cards .. and there were 100 different cards.. so it was impossible to have multiple of certain cards if you wanted to have the complete set

I hate IX's card game. Too unpredictable and hard to play. VIII's card game was probably the best part about that game though. Everything else was way too easy.
