I'm looking forward to 13, but I hope they do better job than what they did with 12. 12 wasn't the worst FF ever made, but it sure wasn't as good as some of the others.

6=awesome
7=great
8=good
9=good
10=ok
11=dunno, hated the idea of a MMO of FF, and IMO having monthly payments on a game suck. buy the game then have to pay to play it? who the hell come up with that idea??
12=poor
13=please god let it be good..

I don't think the new final fantasies will really hit it off until the PS3 drops to 300 $, making it comparable with the PS2

PS3 is only that expensive because it COMES WITH all the Blu-Ray software so it serves as a dual purpose machine to play Hi-def movies. Where as the 360 you have to buy the optional HD dvd player which is like 149.99 or 199.99 or something. Which bumps it's price to the 400 dollar range. And you don't have to worry about your ps3 imploding like the 360 does.

this is true...
but i highly doubt the blue ray technology will catch on, and soceity will just settle for high def dvds

There's more Blu-Ray dvds at your local Best Buy then there is HD dvds.
Plus Disney signed on to Blu-Ray. That's a win all it's own.
