Pretty much everything is said mate? I will have to contact my repay med thats all. He will receive the fg then.

If the locked person does a service for you its to repay a problematic issue. The fg they would earn gets sent to a "repay mediator" and it is used to pay their issue.
Just thought I would hop in and try to explain it a bit better.
