So I beat FF2 Monday morning while waiting for family to come over. All in all I enjoyed the game. Didn't really like the leveling aspect cause there's really no skill involved. Just repeatedly choose a skill, cancel, repeat. Ugh. Anyway I had just over 42 hours into the game and am at 99% on the item collection, bestiary and artwork. This was all without using a guide of any kind as well. Think there was 2 items I didnt get one of which being the Masamune and there was one mosnter I didn't beat. It was an Iron Giant looking thing that I fought a couple times but it kept running away the lil chicken.

Started FF4 since I don't own FF3 so will see how this goes. So far total time I think i had about 32 hours in 1 and 42 in 2 so roughly 74 total hours. Haven't played 12 in about a month.

Good luck with ff4. I'll be reading up on your posts to see where you are. So are you really going all the way to ff XII. Starting from FF1 - FF XII. the hours of game play from one final to the next will only increase. I have never played any of the other finals other then 15 minutes of ff7, 3 times ff 8, and ff12. So basically I can only talk about ff8 and 12. I know that in ff8 you can get lionheart really early in the game so that will help. Oh and ff3 like 8 years ago on SNES or was it NES, i forget.
I restarted ff12 cause someone idiot enough saved her game on my game file. Ehm yes my gf, crap, idiot

I won't replay 12 since I'm still currently playing it. Although I haven't touched it in over a month probably. But anyway I'll replay them all up to 12. Will think long n hard as to whether I want to play x-2 again though. Maybe if I still have my l;ast save I'll play the new game plus and get everything maxed etc. But probablty not cause I hated that game.
I would play 11... if it was free.
I find that I am allergic to paying to play a video game I already paid to buy.

Yeah dont be like me and play X2 till you get 100% completion. Get a gameshark or somthing and glitch 100% at the final save...then beat it to see Tidus revived.

Not big on cheating.
I don't even like to use the guides.

Although I will use the guides on 7 through x/x-2 since I've beaten those games already and will want to get everything.

Ok well no update from BIGASSHAMMM. Anyways 171 hours on ff12 now since I'm redoing the game, my gf earased it. Almost done about to enter pharos. Everything done including the hunt catalogue, trophies, and rare game except Ridorana and pharos. Every ultimate weapon and their 2nd grade. Like Sagittarius and artemis bow. etc etc. I actually enjoyed it more my 2nd time around.
So I'm waiting to see some update from BIGASSHAMMM. I have my post here on ff12. So i put my updates in there. Just came to see if you're about finished the ff6 now? or have you finished 2 yet.
Edit: ok checked on your first post. ff4. How far into that game now?

Think I'm like 10 hours into the game. Haven't played in a few days but I believe the last thing I did was get Kain back and rescue Rosa so I'm still pretty much at the beginning. All chars are around level 26-28 I believe. Getting tired of getting new chars then watching them die in 10 minutes of playtime. Like the game though but there's definitely aspects that could have been better and I'm glad they changed in later FFs.
