i just started playing this because ive played all the others and for some reason havent got to this one yet

anyway

im looking for some tips on what i should know as a first time player

things to look out for and not miss
tips on how to junction characters
anything else useful

i dont really have the time to play the game again, thats why im asking

why start playing?

don't give Seifer a GF at the start of the game, cuz youll loose it.

Draw a shitload of stuff if your grinding at the beginning.
Outside the Garden, run around in the wooded area (Save often), and eventually you'll fight one of the T-Rexs.
Will most likely own you at lowl lvls, but w/ some junctions its ez. Think you can put it to sleep/paralyze or something, cant remember.

ok so draw from the trex?

yes walk around killing everything in sight for hours. Then get owned by a t-rex. I did this very same thing when i first started lol.

Draw from pretty much everything. Your junctioned magic will increase its effectiveness based how much of that magic you have drawn from mobs, if you consistently have high stacks magic junctioned on your characters it makes battles a hell of a lot easier. On top of this, some GFs can only be obtained by drawing them from bosses, so its worth making sure you have at least one character that can draw.
