Vanille is like 18 yrs old and fang is like 35 (as portrayed in the game, but you'll find out soon enough how old she really is, If you haven't already as with fang) So I highly doubt she and fang are.

They are the chosen li'cie so i'm sure they bond quite well. AS FRIENDS lol
