Havent even seen a picture of 13, are tifas boobies still able to hold her up when falling off the hiwind?

I recall in FF7 i believe when Weapon attacked the hiwind... tifa had fallen and when she gets up, its perfectly visable her boobs where the only thing keeping her from falling to her death...
