I've just been skimming back pages looking at old topics and can't find any for FF9 (which I'm replaying now)

Do you people not like it, or is it just not as popular as FF7 which everyone seems to love?

I'm replaying it also right now. I am addicted to the card game .

FFIX has to be my favorite FF, or it's damn near close. Idk why I like it so much, but I must've replayed it 6-7 times.

FF9 is amazing. Its one of my favorites. Didnt like the card game as much as I liked FF8's card game but I like FF9 more than 8 lol.

I agree that I'm not a big fan of the Card Game. I never liked how hard it was to get some of the cards and how they only became available right at the end of the game. I loved FF8's card game, and the difficulty needed to get them all.

I thought it was really cool how the Card Game in FF9 had a small storyline in Treno before you had to return to Alexandria. If I could change things, all the FF games would have a few card plots just to break up the storylines when they became a little monotonous.

I don't really like the Story of FF9 but the Characters are Funny

i liked ff9, the chocobo hunts near the end of the game were kinda hard to figure out but i got em eventually - but, like most huge rpg's, i have a tendency to get all the way to right before the final battle and lose interest... so i never beat the game lol

card game in 8 is fun aswell

Yeah FF9 is also one of my favorites. Although I like pretty much all FF games.

Same with me, I like the characters mostly from FF9
