Final Fantasy Crisis Core sucks so bad. the combat play is so horrible!!!

1. All you do is push X

2. You dont level up by Experience

3. Slot machine for your special (wtf?)

4. If you get a special you HAVE to use it because you dont have a choice.

5. Conflict Resolved

6. This is a BIG disappointment since i was really looking forward to it cause i FF7 was my favorite game

they should have had just kept the same combat system that FF7 had.

Being a LONG time FF fan I really liked what I've played so far (only 6 hours in). I assume you're an old school turn based combat system fan? I know I am but apparently thats a thing of the past. I guess to keep the attention of kids these days everything has to be ACTION ACTION ACTION all the time.

Give it a chance if you havent. The story and graphics are amazing and the combat system can be a little more in depth if you work with it.

ya i am a turn based fan but the combat is so mindless. only reason im playing it is for the story

I didn't like the combat system at first either.
But then, here I am playing it right now. lol
It is rated as an Action RPG.

The X series or before?

I have only played all from FF7 to FFX-2

Edit: Nvm, watched the fighting sequence and a trailer on it.
Seems to me, they wish to get into another Genre of fighting.

Well just hope the up and coming FFXIII (or w/e) will be better.
Watched some trailer about this new game coming out, similar
in graphics and fighting styles.
