For me its KUJA KUJA KUJAAAAAA.

He is by far in my opinion, the coolest, and that makes up for how easy it was to defeat him

4. He is an unsent ( You have to take warning of those )
5. He Slaughtered almost every Ronso

If this is not a Bad Guy, then who is?

Kefka is the only "insane" villian who isn't overtly cliche, so he gets my vote.
