its a pretty good game, you can get it for around $10 nowadays

I actually thought it was a little boring. The story couldn't keep me interested and the fighting also bored me. The "MMORPG" style of fighting didn't work well with me. But, for $10, yea its alright..but I bought it at $50

i payed 60 for the metal cased special edition from gamestop ... and im glad i bought it, one of the better ff games to come along ... definitely the best one on the ps2

well consider that we bought it when it first came out, and not a few months ago. I got mine for around $30 during the 1st 2 weeks.

somehow i doubt you got it for $30 the second week it was out. i got mine+strategy guide and everything the first day it came out for $75, and the strategy guide is still sealed, game in perf condition. (ofc the special edition one)

Decent story, Great battle system, Did not really enjoy having to pay LP points just to equip stuff / magic etc but overall a good game. 7.5 / 10.

The game is easy though

just dont buy the zodiac job or what its called the original one is very good. some pretty good battles when you get on higher lvl
