Not 100% optimized - not this is a combo/control deck and should be played like one. Expect to lose a bunch at the begining as you figure out Outcast mechanic and what your break point is. It is extremely hard to do 30 dmg in 1 turn wiith this you usually do 20-26 and need to chip away the rest of the dmg over the course of the early game.

Edit: Maybe its not clear - but lifesteal and draw are the Control aspects - and then you have Kael'thas to combo with every 3rd spell is free - your combo looks something like KT - Twin - Twin - Inner Demon - twin - twin -Inner demon = 22 with weapon 20 without + whatever else you can fit in - this is 6 mana.
