I am not much a player, so far I was using recommended deck builds and thats all, never played rankeds till today.
But I saw many out of ordinary cards, that I did not faced in custom games, so I think I should tune up my decks.

my warrior, shaman and paladin dont even have lvl 10 so I dont have even basic cards for them.

However my most played is mage, so far I was playing kinda I would say ``bait`` deck, it is ment to bait enemy big spells, vs some really big cards, and I also had some
spells to clear the board, to kill huge threats and to polly them as well.
Most offensive tactic I was using so far was save all cheap cards as possible, wait till 8+ mana, throw questing adventurer and spam cards,
also using frostwolf warlord with combination of 2x mirror image and raid leader.

But I found that I can get countered very easy with some secrets, with legendary and with tons of cards with quest on them, battlecry or deathrattle.

That deck I made like 3 years ago and I think I did not change a thing to it and I did open like 15-20 packs so far and I got some usable cards.

So if someone have time to help me to make a deck with cards that I own, that would be awesome.
I dont have too much cards, so making deck will be easy, just check all cards I have for each class, and what would be best to play with those cards.

He did a beginner teaching series and put together decks with only basic cards.

nope, I first time seeing this, I will watch this series for sure (I have nothing else to do lol), but I still need help from someone to implement new cards to some decks.

In my point of view you don't have enough cards to create a competitive deck.
I think you should focus on the aggro decks.

As the rotation will occur in one month, I do not advise you to craft new cards before the release because they may no longer be useful after that.

You should save gold as much as possible by doing the daily quests and the tavern brawl every week.

To answer your first question, it seems difficult to create a deck for you. According to me, the demonist seems to be the best choice for you.

These are the strong cards you own :

(4) Spellbreaker
(5) Faceless manipulator
(5) Fungalmancer
(5) Skull of the Man'ari
(10) Bloodreaver Gul'dan

The problem is that you don't own the demons that make the best synergy :

(5) Doomguard
(9) Voidlord

For the ranked games, it appears it would be difficult.
I don't know how is the bottom of the ladder since the change, but before even when you were in rank 20 a lot of your opponents had netdecks with all the cards.
