well if you have prime it's easy.
Click the prime loot (crown thing) next to notifications.
Click learn more under the hearthstone gold pack
It redirects you to a new site. Click login, and it should ask for authorization for linking your battle.net account with your twitch account
Then at the bottom of the screen is a blue box that you click to redeem.
Rewards should then be sent to your battle.net account
