If blizzard has server problems for whatever reason and you lose arena matches due strictly to their end not being fully functional, shouldn't they have to reimburse you for the money/gold you spent on a feature that you expect to work properly?

i haven't had connexion problem in ages, or when i have, its from my end
but if there are frequent connexion issues, i guess they should offer some case of compensation (and they usually do iirc)

how? I show connection speeds that are high-end for residential usage & use other programs just fine while i'm getting "reconnected" and losing these arena matches

I think if I actually showed clear evidence they would just tell me oh well

you could try to stop using these other programs while playing hearthstone maybe
you play on NA? because i play like atleast 15 games daily and i think i havent even had a single deco in the past 3 months or so

by other programs I pretty much just mean iTunes, Safari, and Excel being open on the side. things that shouldn't interfere with my connection to a game that doesn't demand much
