Here are some things I'd love to see this year in Hearthstone:

#1: One of the expansions being a "Base set #2" expansion, which we would carry with us in standard from here on out.
Why this might happen: Blizzard has removed a number of cards from the base set, which has left a noticeable void in the game.
Also: This could help Blizzard bring in some staple mechanics that might help the meta feel smoother and more interesting. For example, life gain mechanics are pretty much nonexistent for anyone other than priest (or armor for druid/warrior).
One more thing: This might also be an opportune time to introduce a major balance change to the original base set. Keeper of the grove could be a 2/3.

#2:Lots of other things could be done... the game is just shit right now. Blizzard is fucking shit up when they could be the #1 online card game.[/b]

Ungoro is widley regarded as one of the best and most diverse metas in the history of the game. Just know you are posting unpopular opinion.

More on topic: I would like to see GOOD healing or armor gain for control Warlock. Auto-losing to every Mage deck is just soooo feelsbadman even when you run every neutral heal in the meta. Either that or Mage needs about 20-25 less available burn.

Every other post on r/hearthstone has been about how diverse the meta is. Even Forbes wrote an article about how much better things are. Not trying to tell you how to live your life but it seems you're being hyper cynical about this online video game.
