i managed to make quest to win 3 fights and got 1 pack
but not Un'Goro ones
do i need to skirmish with another player for it?

anybody else having problem with claiming it?

it might have been a release day login thing, if you made the account after that day it might not be available. Otherwise, you will most likely receive it once your level is high enough to play ranked mode.

i had to finish defeat 3 players in skirmish mode

you had you play 3 games; you didn't need victories.

I tried it with a fresh account; I got the packs after I relogged - it was after the "play 3 games in 'play mode' " (vs other players)
