Do not like the floor options, but i understand them. Card changes seem reasonable.

/e will probably play a lot more Reno mage.

I don't think floor options will really be a problem though. It's not like a rank 10 player will magically become legend just because they don't drop below 10 any more.
I do like the fact it will generate more variety because people will feel safe doing things other than meta because they won't drop

Reno mage has been my baby this month. Getting me the highest I have ever been.

I just don't like safety nets in a competitive environment.
/e I'm also expecting jade druid to become better because it shits on Reno decks often.
