My guess is that it's a combination of two things. One being that Blizz added a ton of new quests so the 80g quest is rarer and then MSoG came out so gold became much more valuable. Gotta get them new cards

First one possibly true, second one no.

Supply and demand friends. At first they were 80, then someone thinks they will get everyone if they offer 100.

This continues up until 150 and none of them realize they are just shooting one another in the foot. :P

I'm very very certain that Blizzard made the quest much more rare, when they realised how the quest would used. I am basing that on the fact that I used to se this quest once every 5th day, now it's more like once a week, if I'm lucky.

it's because they added like 30+ quest if not more..

so the odds of getting one is much lower.
