unless u just got money to burn i wouldn't worry about black rock depths or league of explorers since they rotate ina bit

iirc its only brm and grand tournament, and its like in march

LOE should rotate out as well since it was released in 2015, I think this has been confirmed by Ben Brode as well.

When people talking about adventures rotating out.. does that mean there will be cards that some people use that I will no longer be able to get or use?

It means they will no longer be playable in Standard. They can only be played in Wild and Tavern Brawl.
