Rockbiter might still be playable in standard but its been ruined for arena. Its worse than all the other 2 cost 3 damage cards including darkbomb now and fucking up tuskarr is a serious blow to arena shamans.

The other changes are good though.

Hunter nerf doesn't seem bad. Maybe Call becomes a 1-of, but I doubt it will change Hunter significantly.

in reference to yogg nerf i dont think its that bad imo its how it should have been from the start

/e also the silence stopping his battlecry makes no sense its a battlecry so silencing it shouldnt stop it
