i have read the updated rules and i do see no renting or selling hearthstone accounts but is leveling characters illegal ?

yes they made RAF illegal

I didnt ask if raf is illegal and just because raf is illegal does not mean leveling is illegal

It is illegal to sell raf, sell accounts, or rent accounts on wow but yet leveling services are still allowed

it's not allowed to sell raf and hide them behind lvling accounts

I think hes seeing if he can offer a level service (like get your rogue from lvl 25 to 60 for example) or offer ranked wins to boost people to golden heros

And as far as hiding raf jobs its more profitable for me to raf myself over and over and then sell play a friend quests which are legal

I bet you don't even have anywhere near all classes to 60.
