So I queued up for some ranked standard earlier today. Start playing match and announce the play I made to my roommate. He tells me to look who I'm playing, and it turns out I matched up with him. What's the likelihood of that happening?

However many players are online, and however many are queued at the time you queue, and if you're the same rank.

I've played against lots of streamers, but that was when I was top rank in the first three beta seasons. The chances go down as more players flood into the game, and/or into your particular rank.
