I have a visa gift card with 11$ on it

I want to spend it on HS , with the exchange rate an arena run is close to 4$

Should I buy 2 packs or arena twice?

Was about to buy an arena pass, and decided to buy the first wing of LoE

Figured Reno and jeweled scarab were worth getting
