As a beginner with not a lot of cards, should I save up for the 700 gold campaign or spend them on decks. If decks, which ones?

I would save up and see what happens when Standard mode hits in a month
Just buy good classic cards since those will still be around

also, when standard mode starts, blizz will nerf and up classic cards and you'll (probably) be able to disenchant them for full dust value

ah yeh was reading about when cards change they are able to turned into dust for full value for 2 weeks. Good thinking. So I should or shouldn't save my gold, because if I get a few packs before the update, then I could theoretically get a lot more dust?

I would unlock first wing of Brm and loe for 1400 gold,from then on buy classic packs.but depends what class you like to play,hard to answer.

You might as well but classic packs now IMO. I don't think they are nerfing all that much and classic cards are still going to be some of the best in standard.

I feel like I would be wasting my gold there. I'm decent at decision making (face versus field), but I have no clue about 90% of the cards out there and I can't make a good deck.

Doesn't this give you a random pack?
