This is my current list.
Is there anything I should change about it ?
I am new with that deck so I'm not too sure.

Decided to go with Oil since Pirates are too unreliable.

that list is fine, you can consider dropping things like vancleef and boom for belcher \ healbot if you want, but its just a meta call. If you want to learn rogue i would suggest watching yagut, he usually stays in the top 100 on Europe playing rogue.

I would - 2 piloted and +1 deckhand + 1 tomb pillager

I haven't played oil rogue in a while though, so take my advice with a grain of salt. I find deckhand great for racing aggro.

I've thought about Tomb Pillager, shredder is such a powerful card though, I'm wondering if it's really worth replacing with this.

As far i remember, rogues used to choose between teacher and piloted. I could be remembering this wrong, but i believe that's how it used to be.

Eternal_Amaranth is a rogue player and pretty good, i'm sure he wouldn't mind helping if you shot him a pm :o .

if you want 2x oil then you should also Play 2x tomb pillager. (instead of shredders). If you decide to Play only 1x oil then shredders might be ok. I would also considering swapping boom for belcher if the meta is too fast.

don't Play healbot. it is a trash Card for oil (even though many People do play it but well there is only a small amount of wise and good rogue Players out there). Never cut violet teachers in this deck, they are just too strong. (Edwin vs. far seer if there is too much aggro is also a viable way to go)

I've been playing Oil Rogue since the release of GvG and hit legend with it nearly every season. I feel like I'm about as close to an expert as you are going to find here.

For starters, If you're playing Dr. Boom, you need to change up your list a little. Dr. Boom is often times considered the second or third Sprint in Oil Rogue as they serve the same purpose: closing out the game. And if you're going to play a combination of double Sprint and Dr. Boom, you should really cut down your Oil's to 1 because you don't really need to extra burst with Dr. Boom in your list. I would also suggest dropping both Piloted Shredders and add a Earthern Ring Farseer, Sludge Belcher, and Tomb Pillager (we need to replace 1 Oil too). This gives you more survivability and helps improve your decks consistency.

Another way you can play Oil Rogue is to play a more burst focused version. In that list you want to drop Dr. Boom and Tomb Pillager and add 1x Oil + 1x Southsea Deckhand.

The list below is the list I'm currently running. Both of these lists are close to standard and the difference between the Dr. Boom and burst lists is personal preference, so I would just play around with both and see what fits your play-style better. I'm more than willing to coach you if you want, just send me a PM and we can work out a time.

Thanks a lot for your insight. I've been trying this list, what do you think about it ?

Btw do you think this deck will still be playable without oil in the standard mode ? Hopefully they add something similar.

This is Yagut's complete list. It is one of the slightly more minion intenstive decks for oil rogue Setups but i myself believe it is definitely one of the strongest ones. I have made legend rank with this deck two times in row. Yagut himself fiinshed as rank 1 with it. Though at the Moment you might have hard times competing with it in current meta.

As 1shot said, this is Yagut's list and he is a very respected Rogue player. A lot of players go to him for his latest Oil version. I run almost the same list but remove Shredder for Tombpillager because I like how it curves out the higher curve then normal lists.

As for if Oil Rogue will be playable in standard, I can't really answer that, they need to print a card similar to Oil. If you're interested in a deck that won't rotate out of Standard, try Maly Rogue. It's a similar deck and unless they drastically change Auctioneer, Malygos, or Prep, it will be a solid deck for standard.
