I've been playing Oil Rogue since the release of GvG and hit legend with it nearly every season. I feel like I'm about as close to an expert as you are going to find here.
For starters, If you're playing Dr. Boom, you need to change up your list a little. Dr. Boom is often times considered the second or third Sprint in Oil Rogue as they serve the same purpose: closing out the game. And if you're going to play a combination of double Sprint and Dr. Boom, you should really cut down your Oil's to 1 because you don't really need to extra burst with Dr. Boom in your list. I would also suggest dropping both Piloted Shredders and add a Earthern Ring Farseer, Sludge Belcher, and Tomb Pillager (we need to replace 1 Oil too). This gives you more survivability and helps improve your decks consistency.
Another way you can play Oil Rogue is to play a more burst focused version. In that list you want to drop Dr. Boom and Tomb Pillager and add 1x Oil + 1x Southsea Deckhand.
The list below is the list I'm currently running. Both of these lists are close to standard and the difference between the Dr. Boom and burst lists is personal preference, so I would just play around with both and see what fits your play-style better.
