Dr Boom is part of Goblins vs Gnomes, which is a set of cards that is being cycled out for a year. Also the Naxxramas set is being cycled out for a year.

Pointless to make decks for it until you know what the changes are

rumour has it keeper of lore and Grove and getting a nerf and so are leper and juggler
