no it does it twice but only targets one creature. the cool thing tho is shrink -4 for cabal so you can get like a tirion or something. also similarly bwc does the 3 damage twice but only to one targeted minion.

Don't use cards that can't be played in the same turn and expect to combo ever
He's a 3 drop 2/3 he won't live a turn

theres 13 cards that work with him for less than 10 mana, 8 of those combos are less than 6 mana. some of the more fancier combos need brann to stay alive but he will already got value from a <10mana costing combo before hand. brann is 2/4 and after he gets value hopefully your opponent has to spend premium removal for him since your early game is strong even without 3/4 wymrest and 4/6 bwt brann gives you.

I just went rank 12-3 with dragon priest. Few losses. So strong in this Pala mage meta.

ADD Pain. Smite. voljin velens. Remove death deagonkin, cabal shrinkmaster. One is enough. Cultist or Tech is preference, i have one Of each. NEF Anyday over chillmaw. The strongest Classes to steal from is mage Pala and they are so popular
