Hello everyone

I've been enjoying control warrior for quite a while now and find myself easily climbing the ladder with it even in this aggro meta.
But whenever i face shaman i almost know for a fact that i'll lose. Best case scenario we both end up without cards and i lose int he fatigue fase.

I'm trying to keep track of their few bigger minions ignoring the smaller totems.
I'm saving up brawl for whenever the field is beyond clearing and containing more than a few tough enemies.

I don't know i just keep having problems vs shamans.

Is this a normal thing as a control warrior or am i missing something here.

Also i'm using 1 brawl 2 copies might be useful vs shaman but i don't really feel like it would be usefull vs other decks for me.

Some vetaran cw's here with tips and tricks?

It's a tough matchup. I just play aggressively and hope they don't have a answer.

But that can't work often can it?
I feel like shaman has better board control than warror.

Shaman is very favored vs Control Warrior, especially with the addition of Healing Wave, preventing a Gromm finisher.

You have to try to clear their board but make sure you still have enough removal for other cards they may drop. It's the same as Paladins, eventually their hero power adds up too much.

Really your best bet is to get enough board control and face damage for a Gromm finisher.

And would you suggest 2 brawls or should i stick to 1.
I'm just running one so far. But i've seen many others enjoying 2.

Things like shaman and paladin are good against warrior in nature.

Warrior has a tough time dealing with tokens in general, their only real board clear is brawl.

This goes even more so for tokens with taunt that block efficient use of your weapon.

you shouldn't build your deck to beat shaman since you'll see one in every 40 games
but 2 brawls are pretty nice

I think double Brawl is good. Not only because of the amount of value, but players generally will not always play around the second.

I'm testing out 1 brawl + thaurrissan. I just found too often id have 2 brawls in my hand with my opponent playing around them.
