first,

can we play with a deck tracker, is it legal? will i get banned for using this?

and if we are able to play with a tracker, do someone know a good one?

Deck trackers are legal. The only provide the same benefits as a pen and pad of paper.

there's a tweet from blizz saying that any program that can do what you could do with a paper and pencil is ok

I don't like it tho.

I like Hearthstats tracker for windows, for mac I use HSTracker.

I like it for tracking my win-loss with decks more than anything. Keeping track of my and my opponents decks is definitely sweet though.
