you have nothing to play on turn 3? i know it's a tap turn, but at least a 3 drop for curves sake. farseer? bgh? mc tech? I just dun think I'd be able to run that way.
that said, you should try ice giants if you have them. I can't really see them being too useful, but probably a consistant 5 mana 8/8
Well, Frost Giants... it's hard to get much use out of them by lowering their mana cost significantly considering they start at 10. The only way to get them down to a reasonable amount in the late game is if you tapped enough times, and possibly lowered them with Emperor. The other Giants are more reasonable I think, including even Sea Giants, unless of course I got one from a Fizzle Tap, at which point I might as well put any other minion in with a big body with some additional use (Boom, KT, etc). I do notice other decks running it, but I just think there are better ways.
Turn 3... you are correct. BGH I would keep if I had it at turn 3 for removal so I wouldn't slam one down unless of course I was facing zoo on that turn. An Earthen Ring is a very good choice regardless so I agree there. MC Tech; I wouldn't be putting one down on turn 3 unless Zoo got a miracle draw early, at which point I could use a Hellfire to wipe, or I'm screwed either way if I had to use MC Tech so early (though it could win a game here and there). I would even consider Kezan as well.
If anything at Turn 3, and I had a coin; coin out a Drake if need be which happens every so often.
Your concern with the deck is the same as mine. I still think having 3x 6 mana cards is too much. Sylvan gets countered so frequently, but I could remove the Siphon for a BGH. Though, I like having Siphon for a removal of any kind and that little heal does help.
I'm thinking of either removing Sylvanas or a Defender out for a 3 drop, though most likely it will be for a BGH; or hell remove both for a BGH + Earthen. That may be better.
